Im 12 years old and i am kinda overweight..Ok im really overweight and i just dont know how to get my weight back on track. I never really as that skinny but ive gained soo much weight over the past 2 years. Do you know anythign i can do to help?

get into a good excerise habbit, do anything.. walk, run, aerobics anything. just get a good amount of physical activity everyday and learn to eat better. it would really help. you maybe even wann get involved with a sport, and even if you wouldnt make it im sure tryouts would give a good work out and then just continue on. but. dont do this for anyone else, do it for yourself. hope i helped.. ]
