When ur buzzed it kinda feelzs fuzzy and its like happy when ur drunk ... id like to tell ya but im a black out drunk so i never remember it!!

Well when you're drunk, you always in a happy mood I guess. When you're buzzed, you feel fuzzy. I really can't help you with this answer because I haven't been drunk in a while so I can't remember lol. Hope this helps :)
