okay i have a friend that always say we should hang out or chill or something n then she'll tell me to call her so wen i do she doesnt answer and tehn wehen i leave her a message she doesn't return it. So when Im like hey wassup u get my message she will be like yeah i was busyy n den change the subject but still tell me that were best friends for ever and stuff wtf!? does that mean then??

Hey Cutie!! Well it seems to me, your friend might be getting annoyed or whatever, or maybe she really did have something to do. There's al ot of possiable things. But if you try to ask her what is happening. BFF=Best friends forever, if that's what you asking. It still can mean your friends today!! :-)
