I have a boyfriend, but he dosent do anything with me! Ive had tons of boyfriends so I know everything. Weve hugged and kissed and made-out but I want more. I told him I want to give he a blow job, but he said no. I told him to finger me and he said no to. HELP PLEASE

Dont pressure him into something he dosent want to do. You should wait untill its comfortable for him. Dont get mad if he dosent want to. Dont brake up with him just for that either.
