okay..angie i have known u fer a rele long time now, and i kno u kan help!! okay, i havent been eating fer the past two days just drinking water. I have sorta starved myself a few weeks ago, and i have noticed that within one month i have lost 4 pounds..i wuz at 94 now im at 90. some of my friends kno about it and they tell me that they care about me and they dont want anything bad to happen but i just kant stop! i thro up almost everything i eat! any ideas how i kan stop!?

VERY dangerous. im only 85...and people come up to me asking me why i dont eat. i do!! i just cant help it..i would do any thing to weigh at least 94 pounds. your very close to my weight, and..i dont no who you are...but im guessing your about my age and thats very serious to weigh that less. if you starve yourself, your body will just take in extra or ANYTHING that you consume and..it will take that in as fat. so starving yourself is just going to make your body react in a sort of way where you'll just gain pounds. trust me, im not making this up. i've read about it....
throwing up is very dangerous too. that means that your not only not getting the energy that you need...but your also not getting any nutrients or any vitamins whatsoever in your body.
now sense you've already started...and it seems as if your used to this already..its going to be very hard to stop. I honestly think that even tho it may be tough, you really do need to go to a doctor, or tell your parents...someone that can do something about this...this isnt good... there are different ways that you can lose weight if your worried about that...
1)excerising. the main thing. crunches, running, jogging, push ups..ect.
2)eat not-fattening foods. yogart, salads, health bars, ect.
3)a professional diet. look into one.
