how is the best way to loose weight

hey kenzi wat is the best way to loose weight i dont no cause i have to loose weight for wrestling its only like 5 punds tops

well the best thing to do is not starve urself for one.. that's just plain stupid.. you can eat as much as you want and what you want of it as long as u burn the calories... like if you consume 2000 calories in a day and you burn 3000 then u'll be losing weight cuz you burn more calories then you eat... get it? but like you can cut back on calories too so it's not so hard to burn but i don't think 5 pounds will be too hard to lose.. good luck!
