i am 15yrs old and i just recently lost my virginity to my bf who i am completly and totally in love with. but i have a cousin that abuses me (in sexual ways) he has never made me have sex with him. my mom and my grandmother both know this but he brings home the paycheck and we cant afford to move out on our own! he said that he will hurt us badly if we ever tell anyone what goes on so i have kept it a secret from my bf. well the about week later after losing my virginity my cousin made me go all the way with him.(my cousin is 17 so its not illegal yet). my big dilemma is that i cought an STD from my cousin but i cant tell my bf. so next time he sees me he is gonna think i cheated on him but i didnt i was forced. i really dont know what to do- please help me!

Katiesays answered Sunday August 22 2004, 2:18 pm: ok..well i really think you need to tell the police about your cousin..that is considered rape bc he made you go all the way with him..and i also think you should tell your bf and be open with him..i really think that he will understand bc most people don't want to go all the way with their cousin (he's related to you...)..so really, you need to tell someone about this..and as far as your cousin bringing home the paycheck, there are other ways for your family to get money...maybe either your mother or your grandmother could get a job or you could borrow money from another relative so you have enough just til you get out on your own..but please do not just forget about what your cousin did to you..you need to tell someone!! good luck with everything and hope i helped! xOxOx [ Katiesays's advice column | Ask Katiesays A Question ]
