I forgot to add drink water only(crystal light is good too)! ok well for my breakfest id eat like eggs...and for lunch id eat 2 burgers with lettuce rapped around it instead of bread. For dinner maybe some turkey or ham slices.. if you look at the nutritional facts meat has a lot of protien and not a lot of carbs. Watch out for carbs, they are your enemys on this diet! Also if your bored with the same meals everyday try a salad with chicken. And, if your ever eating out at a fast food place ask for a protien burger. Its just the burger without the bread. You can eat all kinds of meat. Dont eat after 6:00 pm and if your hungry and you already ate your 3 meals just drink water or crystal light. i hope I helped. Any more questions? Ask!
