Well, masterbating is not necissarily a bad thing, but it gets unhealthy if u feel that u NEED to be doing it all the time. Sum ways u can try 2 stop are first, going cold turkey. Just say, "I will not maserbate @ all 2day," or if u relaly do need 2 do it say, "I will only masterbate twice 2day." Another way u can try stopping is, say u normally masterbate 10 times a day. Well then the next day only do it 9 times, then the next only 8, and the next only 7, and then just keep bringing the number of times down. Also, try 2 keep urself busy, that way u wont feel the need 2 masurbate as much. I hope I helped and good luck! ]
