Dear Coffe Problems,
I have been put in your place before, and let me tell you this is no easy situation. You could try a sugar subsitute. Although, those can be harmful. To wake your self up in the morning I suggest ice. Just get up and stick your head in the freezer. If you need caffine there are plenty of other drinks with caffine. Have you tried Coke or Pepsi? Now about the fidgeting. You could channel that excess energy into something more productive, like doodleing. Make sure you do not doodle on assignments though. I suggest investing in a doodle pad, and keep it on your desk at all times.
