my friend thinks shes like a moose or a cow or a pig. and she is totally goregous and i have no idea what she is talking about. i mean she is plenty skinny and shes great. im not sure whats she stressing about. how do i get her to realize she is great! and she doesnt need to lose any weight?!

your friend is haveing a lot of self confidence issues that she needs to work out. if she decides to do something stupid like starving herself or doing some crash dietsor sumthing, dont try to help her, just let her figure things out on her own. you never learn unless you experience it. -PA
