how do u rate ?`s n how do u kno when ur a moderator??

you become a moderater be answering so many questions and having like 4 point rating average and you have to be a member for i think 10 or 15 days!..you have to be a moderator to rate questions:)

To Rate questions you MUST be a ModeRatoR, and then it'll explain how to Rate questions. When you'Re a ModeRatoR... it'll tell you so at the top of almost eveRy scReen. Hope I helped!
