Are you xanga premium or are you using the free account? If the free you have to find the skin you want and copy that whole code and paste it in the HTML part, that big box near the top under "Look and Feel" if you need more help you can IM me and ask me, and my xanga is in my column if you wanna see what I'm somewhat talkin about with the skin...
