a couple weeks ago, i wanted to lose some weight too, so i know how you feel! i started to eat really healthy foods and now i run a mile every day. also, try doing sit ups before and after you run, if youre up to it! thatll help you get flatter abs! i did all that and iv lost 10 lbs, try it! good luck, much love <<33 hannah ]
