well if u do like your ex then yes go out with him and about the sister.. mayb she is juss mad that things didn't work out with u and her brother and she is juss being protective and mayb he told her stuff about u 2 make her not like you... juss talk 2 her and find out wut happened and tell her that u really want 2 b friends with her and that u dont things that happened with her brother 2 interfere with yals friendship.. well good luck hun i hope i helped you! xox-kel
