Hey,Well I'm datin this one guy ok..and He says he loves me and everything he never calls me or even says hey or hi to me when i see him..But there is this other guy who seems to really like me..and i kinda like him but NOT really..What should i do stay with my boyfriend and out whats going on or break up with him and go out with the other guy? PLEASE help me

You should break up with him and go out with other guys,it might not seem like it right now,
but once you start datin other guys, then you will feel more comfortable with other people, and you won't even think about this guy... good luck...
