fran my parents abuse me they hit me the pin me 2 th e ground they choke me and i dont no wat 2 do do i tell please i need help! have u eva been abuse have ur friends please helP! thanks

Dear abused and silent,
this is wat u hav to do.... GET HELP!! NOW i mean it! u dont deserve to b abused at all!! u need to tell sum1 a councilor a frend ANYONE!! call a hotline or sumthing that u can get help from... dfacs (department of family and child services)... a good organization u can call that will help! no matter wat u hav to tell sum1 tho! i cant get across u how important that is! hope this helps!
