Courtney answered Sunday August 1 2004, 9:35 pm: Well I think you should probably go for the kid who's in the 6 th grade . The questions you need to ask yourself is
What does my heart desire ?
Do I really want to go out with this guy ?
What's in my best interest ?
Should I do what my parents tell me to do? Is this guy worth it ?
These are the questions you have to ask yourself so I advise you to ask your self these questions and most importantly listen to your heart's desire . I hope I was some help . By . [ Courtney's advice column | Ask Courtney A Question ]

A lot of people think they're in love, but it's really a crush. When you have a crush you think it's really big and everything, but later you will realize it really was just a crush. Love is a strong and overused word. Get to know the guy more at least. You probably are too young, (trust me, I'm fourteen and I'm still too young too lol) but compromise with your mom so you get go out with him to the movies or something. Let your mom meet him. Invite his parents over. It IS your life, but your mom was the one who gave you life and cared for you. [ HyperactiveMiss's advice column | Ask HyperactiveMiss A Question ]
