You can try flirting with him, laugh, smile, give him that look (like the flirty look), touch him (like playful hit), stuff like that. But, if that doesn't work, because you know how guys are stubborn lol, try writting him a letter (don't be scared please lol) because you don't have to look at him that way lol. Just be like "I've tried giving you hints that I liked you, but you seem to not of noticed, but I've been starting to like you and I want to know if you liked me too." Just say something like that.
