But really all you have to do is eat at a certain time. Breakfast is really important. So maybe eat a yogert, full wheat (healthy) toast w/ lowfat butter, and like a banana...and maybe cerial? [i eat a fat free smoothy that my mom makes] for school all i eat is a nutragrain bar (or slimfast or luna bar) and some fruit. shoving your face when you get home is something you DEFIDENTLY do NOT want to do. So if you feel a burst like that coming on...drink 2 glasses of water with a spoon ful of lemon in each one, then walk around your block. You wont be as hungrey anymore (Plus its a GREAT workout!) just try eating healthy! :) as for being scared about eating around guys....why would you be? guys are such pigs when it comes to eating! what are you scared of?! lol if you dont eat around them they mite start calling you belimic or anerexic!! so eat its natural. lol
