How Do I tell him, or should I ?
Hey, i met this guy on the internet, and hes really sweet. I know meeting guys online is not always the safest thing to do, but something in my gut is telling me hes the one. I dont know why, but yeah. Strange. Anywho. When i mention a guy that basically lives with me he gets mad. does that mean he likes me? And he always says that he wishes that he lived where i did which is hawaii. But i dont know if i should tell him that i like him. Should I ?

Its unsafe the whole internet dating, you don't really know the guy. If you want to get together with him maybe get somme friends to go out with you guys at least in the 1st date. tell him you want to get to know him better. You didn't really give me much info on the other guy and i can't really tell if he likes you or he just worries about you .. good luck! Aloha!
