sometimes i go swiming and loose like 10lbs. and then the couple of days after i gain it back, im not so fat honestly, just a little chubby i want to know how to loose weight and keep it off, but still eat what i want please help!?

okay well when your a teen life gets hard as you can see, sometimes people make fun of you because their just looking for a way to be mean, if you want to keep weight off try exercising everyday for instance go for a 10 - 20 minute run or get a treadmil and run on that, get an exercise system or tape to burn access fat and keep off what you take off when you go for a swim try it!! if there are any other questions please ask !!!
