well, you need to make sure you know the guy/girl very well. ..I mean you want it to be special and all right? so i would discuss it with my partner and everything to make sure both of ya'll feel okay with it. I wouldn't do it if i weren't dating them, but it's your decision. If you feel like your being forced then dont do it! but if you decide to, then please wear a condom! =] good luck! hope i helped!
