okayyy!
i dont understand why my question deleted when there is a category on the freakin' question i asked! i am very angry beacuse that question was important to me and it took long, hard thought and effort!!! this is annoying and as the freakin' admin who deleted my question, i hope you give a "smart" answer!

I haven't deleted a question in weeks. Questions are deleted when four people have rated it, and the average rating is at the lowest level. They vote that way. So there's probably not one person you can get mad at here.
Also, if you want any chance of your question being restored, it helps me if you supply a link. I can't help you now, except to say that life isn't always fair.
