An orgasm is "the peak of sexual excitement". According to dictionary.com (lol), it is usually characterized by strong feelings of pleasure or "involuntary contractions of the muscles of the genitals". Basically its just the time when everything feels even better. There are "waves" of pleasure throughout your body.
