any advice on how to help me get over this? im still atached to him. :(

you cant just get over him in a day it takes time..but if you keep urself busy u wont be thinkin about him alot..<3

There really is no way to get over him..i suggest a lot of ice cream and movies and a big teddy bear who you can cry with..and in time you'll get over it..or you should grab a bunch of girl friends and go out to the movies or shopping to get ur mind off of him

Do a sport, get a job... Do some kind of activity maybe join a work out gym to get your mind totally off of him! Who knows maybe you'll find someone there you like! :) good luck

Join activities.. Hang out with lots of friends.. occupy urself.. soo u never think about him.. then after a while it will just get easier to not think or be attached to him

if you still have feelings why did you break up? well if you just don't wanna be with him anymore then i guess thers nothin really to do except break up...but maybe you could call allyour gurls and just hang w/ them..i kno after breakups my girls helped me out a lot!I hope I helped..GOOD LUCK!!

Get hold of the song.. Destiny's child - independant women ... yeah i know it sounds weird but it might make you feel better! also take the time to chill with your friends make arrangements to go to loads of places and have sleepovers.. you'll be over him before you know it!
