well hi krista well i have a bit of a problem.... well right now i'm away from home and i've been away for a lil more then a month i guess well while i been away so many more problems have occired in my life and the only way i can deal with it is to cut myself i cut before i left but now it's gotten worse i can't get through the day withought cuttin myself it's turned into a daily ritual and i dunno how to stop and now i do have sum problems with myself and i'm just afriad that when i come home none of my friends are foin to wanna be around me b/c i'm afraid i'm gunna scare them but i can't change wat i've become and i know i'm gunna scare them i scare the lil kids at the mall...well i guess i did before but ............now it's worse lol but i dunno hwo to get my friends to accept wat i've become now i guess you could say i've become a lil unstable and i scare myself so how am i supposed to expect them to except me i mean a lil girl was afraid of me ! wat do i do ........and an old lady made fun of me cuz the way i dress! i mean i haven't changed like the wasy i dress but i do look unstable more then before and that aint good wut do i do?

ok i read this and seriously got emotional cause i know a lot of people that cut themselves hun youve gotta stop tho because what happens if you hit an important areterie or vein? you do not know the impact of that situation. sometimes people are afraid to accept and embrace individuality - but look where it got them? theyre never gonna b kool cause they all are the same .. i kno a lot of people that love people who are different and i do know however that the town we do live in is afraid of people changing cause everyone around here are the same.. but it wont matter what they say.. yea it might hurt for awhile but personally id rather be friends with someone with a uniquer quality then everybody else and one of these days people will realize it.. until then stay true to yourself.. and be who ever you want to be dontlet people putyou down and even if they do just bounce back from it .. ii kno a lot of people tend to believe that no one cares about them but seriously girl in reality there will always be that one person that would give up everything they have for you.. ii kno that the reason why people cut themselves is because they believe that if they do it'll take theyre mind off of emotional pain and theyll focus more on the physical aspective of pain .. but ii think instead of cutting yourself you need to find someone you can truly open up your heart to and pour yourself out to them.. and if you dont have that write it in a diary lemme tell you somethin.. from personal experience it HELPS A LOT . lol dont let anybody ever bring you down. and please dont cut yourself theyre millions of things you can do instead - and i kno its become a ritual to you.. but think of everybody that care for you and how many peoples lives would get shooken up.. you may not realize it when i tell you this now but there a lot of people that would ... well if u ever need help im me - you kno tha screename ! take care gurl
