I'm really insecure about my body. I'm not fat, but I really wish I could get in better shape and get a toned stomach and stuff. Do you have any ideas of what I could do?

But if you wanna get in shape, exercise. Run, do sit ups, pushups, stretch, whatever works for you. Or you could go to a place like Curves. I've heard its really easy to learn stuff there & what not. You are supposed to go 3 times a week for 30 minutes. A couple of my friends go there, and they seem to enjoy it. Also, try and eat healthy, its good for your body!
