hey im 13 and i weigh 120 lbs. and im worryed cuz all of my friends weigh alot less then me. like 95-105 lbs.my brother always teases me about it and it makes me feel even fatter.and it really makes me want to get back my "old body". the body i had when i did gymnastics and cheerleader, swiming,and track. now im not really doing ne sports and since its summer im not as active as i was during the skool year. if u no ne ways that i could get back my "old body" it would be helpful.

I know how you feel cuz I feel that way in the summer too. You should try to keep working out... I know its hard in the summer cuz it's so hot and you wanna hang out with friends, but if you want your old body then you'll want to keep working out. Maybe you could get a membership to somewhere like 24 hour fitness with a friend and you both could work out together... I think it'd be fun. And for next summer (cuz i think it's too late in the summer now) I know there are always gymnastic classes and cheer camps that you can sign up for and go to. ALSO in the summer I know that I end up eating more than I should just because Im bored. If this happens to you then try to fight it. But if you can't then just eat fruit instead.
