Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? puppyluver9000 answered Friday July 23 2004, 11:12 pm: Ok One of them is you lay on the ground then lift both legs up and keep them like that for like a while or until you can't take it anymore. Another one is you lay on your back and lift just your shoulders and keep on doing that. I am not sure if this will work or not but if you keep your shoulders up while laying on your back and move your head up and down your neck will be better. Another ab excercise is to lay on your stomach the put your feet like doing a pushup and lay on your shoulders and stay like that for a while it does hurt but it will help and keep your back straight! ^_^ I hope I have helped and Good Luck!
