orgasm

im a 13/m. when i jack off, at the very end i get an orgasm that lasts a few seconds. then like a drop of sperm comes out of my penis. is that normal? or should my orgasm's be longer? and should i have more than a drop of sperm come out? btw im about 5'0 and pretty skinny, so would that effect how much comes out? please write back
