7th grade boys???
Well, i know this type of question is asked a lot, but i haven't seen it yet for girls.
im almost 13 and going into 7th grade, and i was wondering, what do 12 and 13 year old boys look for in a girl? Does it matter if they're not amazingly beautiful? What about acne, dare i say?

What I have found in past years of experience is that the young see charisma before they see beauty. A best friend I had growing up was not very aesthetically pleasing, and yet stole many of my boyfriends because she was outgoing. However I don’t think it is the Best thing to mold your self to what they want, if for no other reason than that is not what they want. What young men tend to like is a female with self confidence, and if you had that, you wouldn't be changing to get their attention. Perhaps it is a better idea to learn to like yourself, as you are, because that is what most boys, and people in general like in a person.
And about acne, I have always had terrible acne, and I got on an oral antibiotic to remedy it. Caking on makeup just makes someone look as though they hate their face, so try to keep it conservative even if you have just had a bad breakout, its better to see zits than paste =). Secondly, you might want to ask your PCP about getting medicine for your breakouts. I know it’s embarrassing, but it helps with your self confidence tremendously!
