i know a friend whos..well..started um, hurting herself. im really really really worried and i dont know what to do. HELP!

wow. well this is pretty serious and i can understand how worried you are. Talk to your friend, and confront her. if shes doing something like cutting herself she must be unhappy and something might be really wrong. comfort her and let her know your there for her. as for the part where shes hurting herself, tell a trusted adult or councelor.
