HI Im a 14 year old girl and i told a guy I liked him right before graduation. we aren't very good friends but a friend of mine told me "he didnt want to ruin the friendship" and im pretty sure that is just an easy term for the words "i don't like you" but then at the dance two days after my friend told me the news he wouldn't stop convienently running into me and kept walking up to me like he wanted to dance but then would just say something sweet and walk away then he asked me to dance and kissed my hand. Was he just being sweet? Do I have a chance with this guy in high school? Is there a chance that he is thinking about me? And if so in a good way? Should I call him?
Thanks so much!

I think he does like you if he is obviously going out of his way to bump into you. He might not want to get into a relationship just yet, but he is interested in you. The only way to find out is to call him and talk to him. Have a plan when you call him. I wouldn't make your question the first thing you ask. Try starting with what's up, how's summer, etc. It won't hurt anything to call and talk to him if you have his number. I think he is looking favorable on you, but I can't tell you if he is thinking about you right this minute.
After you make the call, stand back and see what's next.
Hope this helps. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]
