ok i think im overweight and im 14..i dont know what to do..cause whenever i look at myself in the mirror i dont belive its me cause of my weight..idont like it and i dont no what to do!

If you think that you're trully overweight, you shouldn't be ashamed! Alot of people go through it, and there are soo many ways of loseing weight to gain your self-confidence back. Weight lifting works, crunches, sit-ups work. I would say that running for about an hour a day would lose about maybe 1-2 pounds a week. Also theres always things like cutting down on snacks and eating healthier. Tell me if it all works out for ya! Hope that helped! ]
