I didn't get my job right away, you know..
I gave out resumes to almost everyone in the mall and didn't even get a call from any of them. So I edited some stuff on my resume and went around again. But then my Dad's friend got me a job at the police station so I stopped looking for a job. A few months after i handed them all out, Bonnie Togs called and asked if i was still interested. It takes a while. If you don't get any calls, go back and look on your resume and see if you can add more things since you last looked at it, or find a better way to word some things. Right now will be hard to find a job because almost everyone has already hired for the summer. Don't stop handing out resumes, though. 'Cause in the fall, lots of people will quit since they only wanted summer jobs and there'll be tons more openings and you might get it.
