"pms'ing" is just another word for ..pretty much.."pissed off" at just about everything. it happens when a girl is on her period and most girls get mad at alot of different things when they're on their period..so people make fun of it by saying "pmsing". what it really is..is just bein on ur period..and bein bloated and craming and all the stuff that comes along with that time of the month..and alot of girls do get pissed off at little things when they're on it..cuz there in so much pain! But some people do say it to girls even when they arent on their period..if they're just bein really mean or sumthing..people will say they're pmsin even if they arent on their period!! wel thats bout it..if u need ne thing else lemme kno! love always..ally!
