Okay, well first is that you need to talk to her about it. Talk to her about how you feel and how she feels. Explain why you're mad at her and try to make her understand that you don't like whatever's happening right now in your guy's relationship. Ask her how she feels about you guys being together and if shes happy with you being with her. If she is then ASK HER OUT! If not, then give her time because i mean if she likes you..shes bound to come around soon enough!
