i have a really bad addiction..and its really embarrasing..i pick my nose too much... and i really duno how to stop...its realy realy embarassing and everyone makes fun of me fer it and i cant help it ..what should i do about my little problem??

well that addiction needs to stop now! well i am not sure i can help bc i dont thynk i have had this problem but i will try to help! okai if u pick ur nose in font of ppl then that is sad u need to stop! u wanna ruin ur repretation? well when ur at home n then u start pickin it then thynk okai i would be gettin made fun of if i was doing this outside so stop ur self? then have u ever heard of tissues? well how about u keep a lil bag of tissie with u so u can blow ur nose!
