It's not cum. Girls do not "cum" the same way that guys do.
What you have is discharge. It's normal to have a little bit, especially when your about to start your period for the first time. Discharge is caused by good bacteria in your vagina that fight all of the bad bacteria. So, it's a good thing
I wouldn't worry about it too much, if you don't itch or burn then it's probably nothing to worry about. If it bothers you then try wearing a panty liner.
But if it gets bad, or already is a lot of discharge, then talk to you mother or go to a doctor. Even though your a virgin, you could have a yeast infection. Even that isn't a huge deal. Also stress can cause your body to go out of whack, so don't worry too much and you might notice it get a little better.
