put a hot washcloth on your face and hold it wherever the zits are for a few seconds. Do that about 8 times as hot as you can stand it. This'll open up the pores. Then, wash your face with something that has glycolic acid in it, which will get rid of dead skin and bacteria. And then before yo go to bed, put on some topical overnight stuff. Wash your face twice a day, use oil free makeup, and keep your hands off your face. The best thing I've found so far that doesn't require going to a doctor, although it is a gouge for the wallet, is Dermologica. I use Anti-Bac cleanser and this overnight clear acne preventer stuff they have. But if you have sensitive skin, don't put the preventer gel stuff on your cheeks, just your T-zone, or it'll dry out the skin and start to peel.

It sounds like you have an oily nose! I have clear skin also and can get pimples around my nose. Even if you dont get it that bad try using ProActive! It works great!! Good luck!
