I have a neighbor and he likes me he says and i really like him and i have liked him for a really long time and i have noticed lately that he has been avoiding me and it is really bugging me. i invited him to go to our school's fest thing and he said that he would call me back and he never did and i think he hasnt talked to me since then. its making me really sad cuz i wanna go out with him really bad! tell me what to do!

he probablly is avoiding you bcuz if u guys go out he woundnt ever want to hurt u. and he doesnt want to ruin ur friendship.

Talk to him! Invite him over and if he says no pick another date to chill on! If you don't hang out with him he might move on! I doubt you did something wrong so just ask to hang out with him. Good luck and rate me plz!
