Well thankyou for the sweet compliment! haha your too kind. Well as we all know, guys arent very good at expressing their feelings. They always either get nervous or "choked up". But see we girls can take that to mean that maybe a guy doesnt feel the same about us as we do them. So to answer your question, if you have both decided that you feel true honest love for one another, then yes he does love you...he just isnt too hot on the idea of saying it first.
