i just created a meta tag for my site but im not sure how to make it into my site address or if im suppose to put it somewhere on my site or something.. please help!!!

copy your meta tag and paste it anywhere between the HEAD and BODY. Meta tags are a way for search engines to find your website. I hope I helped, you could also search the net for information about meta tags if you want a more professional answer. Pls rate me. thanks.
