Well ofcourse, the best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise. You can jog or walk atleast one mile each morning. Trust me... this will definitely help. No inbetween snacking, unless its healthy ofcourse. You should drink lots and lots of water. Other things you can do is limit yourself to a certain amount of calories in each meal that you eat. Just make sure that each meal that you eat is well balanced. Just because you have to lose weight doesnt mean that you have to stop eating.
