Stupid question I know.. but how do I loose weight under my chin. There isnt much.. but i just hate it there isnt much there but i just dont like it. i am 5'3 and weigh 133 is that overweight though?

Exercise and drink lots of water :) .. it should go by itself anyway as you grow
