You should tell her! Maybe the person that she likes .. is actually you! .. and even if it was someone else, maybe she wouldn't want that person anymore and go for you!! .. I think you should just go up to her .. and start talking about stuff .. and be like .. i know this is kind of out of there, but I sorta have a thing for you .. It may be awkward .. but i'm sure she'll think it's cute! gl n' tell me about it!
