how can i lose more weight?

help! i dont think im that over weight but i still have "baby fat" also im out of shape. please help

Well, I would suggest and this is if you truley think you have "Babyfat" that you should get a running buddy or an excersise buddy and do that once a night or twice a week, also eating salad would help it alot, its good for ya! But start off slow you dont want to get too excited, take it slow and only run once around the block until you feel comfortable doing more.
