there was a question in another column saying this girl needed 2 lose like 20 pounds in 2 weeks and he said if its for a sport then the day before she needs 2 weigh that much she needed 2 wear a trashbag and sweatsuit that night and i asked him what he ment and he didnt answer...do u know what he means by that??!!?!...thanks!!!

i really dont understand what he meant but..that isnt good advice..what she should do was work out on different areas every 3 days and eat very healthy, and no sweets or baked foods or fried..and no soft drinks. ]
