So, your friend has a crush on the same guy you do. Ask her how she feels first. Sure, HE might not like her, but do you value her friendship? If you answered yes, you ought to ask her. Perhaps it would absolutely kill her inside if you were to go out with him or make a move on him. If she doesn't mind, then you should CONSIDER making a 'move' on him.
Do you care for your boyfriend? If you answered yes, why do you want to break up with him and go out with that other guy? Just asking, of course. If you don't like your boyfriend anyway, why are you with him? If you don't like him, it'd be better to break up with him now instead of leading him on. If you don't like him anymore, break up with him GENTLY and talk to your friend about the other boy.
